We've had a great term Room 6. We've come a long way with learning to work together and get along with others.
Have a great holiday. Here are some challenges for you over the holidays. Leave a comment and tell me how you go and how your holiday is going.
See you next term.

Carol-

I did everything on your message even tidying my bedroom without being asked. I told my Mom about the Kakapo booming to call their wives. I made a nice book for our friend Neil who was sick. I played a game with my Dad called Gin Rummy and I played Uno with my Mom, Molly and my Dad. My Mom read a lot of books to us. We mostly liked one called The Wishing Chair Collection. We borrowed it from Michael’s mom. We took a walk to see a waterfall and we had to go over a swing bridge. I helped my Dad do the dishes by pulling them out of the rinse water. My arm got sore. We did some cooking and we made a lot of bread but I didn’t really like any of it. We went to the public library and we usually say we don’t want to go but then we stay a long time and read books.

I hope you had a nice holiday too. What did you do? From Emma

Michael did something really special for me in the holidays. He came upstairs and said he had something to show me, not only had he made his bed, brushed his teeth, pulled the curtains in his room. He had also made MY bed and pulled my curtains - this was a really special surprise. Thanks Michael. We also went to Mt Lyford and had a fantastic holiday in the snow. From Diane Fry

Hi Carol,
Holly and I really liked the idea of a holiday challenge - it gave us some good ideas for what to do in the holidays. We'll have a look at the end of this term and see if there is another one that we can do too.
