In drama we have been to visit Jill who went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Unfortunately a bird had stolen her special bucket and taken it up high in the tree. Jill was afraid of climbing the tree after falling down the hill. So we offered to climb the tree. When we got there a bird was sitting in Jill's bucket. When we asked for it back he got very upset as he had an egg in the nest. We offered to make him his own nest. We went for a walk up Nature's Way and collected things to make a nest. We made them in ice cream containers. On Monday we will take our nests back up the tree and let him choose one.

I'm very impressed Room 6 with your problem solving skills. I'm sure the bird will be happy to give back Jill's bucket if you can offer her a replacement. I hope Jill thanks you for your hard work!
